In this document I will be using appropriate resources to select, accurately cost and provide information for two business itineraries. 

Jenny Smith is a sales director for JSE Design, a specialist internet design company based in Leicester.
Her travel requirements are: 

• Depart from a Midlands or London airport on the 6^th July in the morning and fly to Geneva in business class

• Spend two nights in hotel accommodation in Geneva

• Pick up hire car (medium  size with air condition) from Geneva and drive to Lausanne

• Spend three nights in hotel accommodation in Lausanne (keeping hire car)

• Drive to Lyon and drop off the hire car

• Spend four nights in a hotel in Lyon

• Travel to Paris by train

• Spend a night in a hotel in Paris

An average taxi price from Lyon train station to Hotel Lyon Metropole will cost £15.64. The same trip will be made again four days later, but going to the train station from the hotel. So the total cost will be £31.28
the drive is 5.7km. 
  To get a taxi from the hotel in Paris to the Charles de Gaulle airport will cost £37.43. It will take around 25 minutes (traffic dependent) and the airport is 25.3km away.

Taxi prices

  Geneva airport to Drake Longchamp hotel and then back two days after to pick up the car will cost £42.50 in a private pre-booked car.

 For a taxi to go from Pair Gare Lyon train station to the Ibis Paris Bertheir port De Clichy will cost £26.20.  It will take 25 minutes to be driven 9.5km

Jenny will have to leave the hotel at 2:30 the latest in order to be at the airport two hours before the flight from Paris to London.

Geoff Brown, the owner of a newly-established manufacturing company GB Engineering, is taking a business trip to the Far East in a couple of months’ time.
His travel requirements are:
